Oh god house hunting.... I remember that. The endless driving, the tiny faults, the area, the fixtures and, of course, the prices! I was almost 20 when i bought my house. A twenty year old shelling out 375 thousand!? I wasn't menatly prepared. I was doing shots of bourban for the two weeks house hunting. The cost was simply mind boggling.

Anyway... Good for you! House ownership is a great blessing and curse.
